Whether you’re carrying wounds from church experiences, navigating anxiety or grief, or simply longing for encouragement rooted in truth, this ministry offers a safe, Christ-centered space to process, heal, and grow.

What is Biblical Counseling?

Biblical counseling is Christ-centered care that looks at the whole person—heart, mind, body, and soul—through the lens of God’s Word. It equips you to glorify God in every area of life and encourages spiritual growth through the renewing power of Scripture and the Holy Spirit.​

We believe true healing goes beyond surface struggles. Biblical counseling seeks to uncover the deeper wounds, beliefs, and habits that shape how we live. Because God created us as whole beings—spiritual, emotional, and relational—we walk with you toward healing and wholeness in every area of life.

The Sufficiency of Scripture

We hold to the conviction that Scripture is living, active, and sufficient for life and godliness (2 Timothy 3:16–17; Hebrews 4:12). While we recognize the value of medical and therapeutic insights, our foundation rests firmly on God’s Word. The Bible offers timeless wisdom, points us to Christ as our ultimate healer, and equips us to walk in freedom and truth.

Areas of Specialty
Every person’s journey is unique, and so are the challenges they face. My counseling and ministry approach is shaped by training, ministry experience, and most importantly, a deep conviction that God’s Word is sufficient to heal, restore, and set people free.

Truthwoven Ministries exists to help women and teens heal, grow, and walk in freedom through Christ. This is not a replacement for the local church, but a bridge to help you process pain, rebuild trust, and re-engage in meaningful fellowship as part of the Body of Christ. Sessions are confidential, Christ-centered, and rooted in Scripture.
